1. About these terms and acceptance

This website and its products are operated by WTF Fertility ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or buying any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy our products.

3. Digital products and your licence

Our paid products are digital, including PDF guides, the IVF journal and bundles. When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• resell, sub-licence, rent or otherwise commercially exploit any product;
• share, distribute, upload or republish the files or their contents;
• copy or reproduce the content beyond your own personal use, except where the product is clearly intended to be printed for your own use, such as the journal.

The products remain our intellectual property at all times.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include any tax due. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you provide are accurate. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. Your access or download is then made available to you, and any delay in email delivery does not affect that your order has been accepted and fulfilled.

5. Delivery and access

Digital downloads are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, usually by an on-screen download link and/or email. Course access is granted through our course platform provider using the details you provide. Please make sure your email address is correct, and check your spam folder if anything does not arrive. If you have any trouble accessing what you bought, contact us at hey@wtffertility.co.uk and we will sort it out.

6. The course and Fertility Frankie AI

"Surviving IVF (One WTF Moment at a Time)" is a self-paced online course. When you buy access, you may use the course materials and features for your own personal use under the licence terms above. The course includes the Partner Hub and the Fertility Frankie AI support tool.

Fertility Frankie AI is an information and emotional-support tool. It is not a medical professional, may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Please use it sensibly and always follow your clinic's guidance. See the Disclaimer for more.

You agree to use the course and Frankie reasonably and lawfully. You must not attempt to extract, copy, scrape or misuse the underlying content or technology, share your access with others, or use the tools in a way that could harm the service or other users. You get lifetime access to the course and its materials, for as long as the course continues to operate.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our products, including text, design, graphics, the WTF Fertility name and branding, and the Fertility Frankie character, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by these terms.

8. User conduct

When using the site, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Because our products are digital, specific rules apply to cancellations and refunds, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide our content and products in good faith and to a high standard, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we do not accept liability for any loss or outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, products or the Fertility Frankie AI tool. IVF outcomes vary and we make no guarantee of any particular result.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Third-party links

Our site and products may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Any dealings with third parties are at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Please check back occasionally.
