1. Our commitment
WTF Fertility is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our goal, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off task.
2. What we have done
We have built the site with accessibility in mind, including:
- Semantic HTML: proper headings, landmarks and structure so content is easy to navigate, including with assistive technology.
- Colour contrast: we aim for sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds so content is readable.
- Keyboard navigation: the site can be navigated using a keyboard, and interactive elements are reachable and operable.
- Responsive design: the site adapts to different screen sizes, from phones to desktops, so it can be zoomed and resized.
- Reduced motion: we respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system and minimise animation when it is enabled.
- Descriptive text: we provide alternative text for meaningful images and clear, descriptive link labels.
3. Reporting accessibility issues
Some content is provided through third-party tools, such as our email sign-up, payment and course platforms. We do not control their accessibility directly, but we choose providers with accessibility in mind and will help you if you have any difficulty.
If you come across anything on this site that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve. Email us at hey@wtffertility.co.uk with a short description of the problem, the page you were on, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
4. Contact
For anything to do with accessibility, contact us at hey@wtffertility.co.uk. We will do our best to help and to fix issues as quickly as we can.
