Refund Policy

How refunds work for our digital products and course, and your rights under UK consumer law. Fair, human and honest.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

1. Digital products and your rights

Everything we sell is digital content, including PDF guides, the IVF journal, bundles and the online course. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel and get a refund. For digital content, there is an important exception, which we explain below.

In short: once you download or start accessing digital content immediately, you lose the automatic 14-day right to cancel for that content. We will always be fair where something is genuinely wrong, faulty or not as described.

When you buy a digital product from us, you ask to receive it straight away. At checkout you agree that:

This means that, as a rule, we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind once you have downloaded or accessed a product. This is standard for digital content and is allowed under UK consumer law.

3. If something is faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything above. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, corrupted or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a refund. Just get in touch and we will put it right.

4. If you have trouble accessing your purchase

If a download link does not work, a file will not open, or you cannot get into the course, that is on us to fix. Please contact us and we will resend, restore access or sort out the problem as quickly as we can. We would always rather fix the issue than leave you stuck.

5. Course refunds

The online course gives immediate access to materials and features, including the Partner Hub and Fertility Frankie AI. As with our other digital products, by starting the course you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Any specific course refund or guarantee terms are set out at the point of purchase and take precedence where they apply.

6. How to request help or a refund

If you think something has gone wrong, please email us at hey@wtffertility.co.uk with your order details and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 working days. We take a fair, goodwill approach and genuinely want you to be happy with what you bought.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can help. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us makes things slower and harder for everyone, and we may provide your order and access records to the payment provider to respond to it. We are confident we can resolve most issues directly and quickly.

8. Contact

For anything to do with refunds or access, email us at hey@wtffertility.co.uk. Please also see our Terms of Use.
