WTF Fertility, Frankie and the Fertility Frankie AI tool are not doctors, nurses, clinicians, psychologists or therapists. Everything here is lived experience and general information and emotional support only. It is not medical, clinical or psychological advice and must never replace advice from your GP, fertility clinic or another qualified professional.

1. We are not medical or clinical professionals
AI Frankie is based on me, someone who has lived through 17 years of infertility, including an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriages, a chemical pregnancy and multiple IVF rounds. That experience is the heart of everything here. But AI Frankie (and me) is not a doctor, nurse, embryologist, pharmacist, counsellor or therapist, and nothing on this site or in our products should be treated as if it came from one.
2. Our content is general information and emotional support only
Our free guide, paid guides, journal, course and all other content are designed to inform and support you emotionally. They are general in nature, may not apply to your specific situation, and are not a diagnosis, treatment plan or medical recommendation. Do not use them to start, stop or change any treatment, medication or dose.
3. Always follow your own clinic's guidance
Your fertility clinic, GP and care team know your medical history and your specific protocol. If anything we say ever differs from what your clinic has told you, follow your clinic. Always speak to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, treatment or medication, and raise any concerns or symptoms with them.
4. About Fertility Frankie AI
Fertility Frankie AI is an AI information and support tool built into the course. It is designed to offer calm, honest, reassuring responses, drawing on lived experience. However:
- it is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice;
- it is an automated tool and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, although I do all I can to keep it updated with the latest recommended guidance;
- it must not be relied on for any medical, clinical or treatment decision;
- it does not replace your clinic, GP or any qualified professional.
Please treat anything Fertility Frankie AI says as general support, not instruction, and always check anything important with your clinic or a qualified professional.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
IVF and fertility outcomes vary enormously from person to person and depend on many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site or in our products is a promise, prediction or guarantee of any particular result, including pregnancy or a live birth. Using our content does not increase or affect your chances of success.
6. In an emergency, get real help now
If you are worried about your health or experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait and do not rely on this site or Frankie. Please:
- contact your fertility clinic or GP;
- call NHS 111 for urgent but non-emergency medical advice;
- call 999 in a medical emergency;
- if you are struggling with your mental health or in crisis, contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or your GP.
